What's the story with the new Overwolf overlay feature that's in TS3 3.0.14?

I did use overworlf for a while as a standalone programm. It works fine with TS3 and Arma 2 but ultimately it has just too much stuff that I don't need and I noticed a bit of FPS impact as well.
My ARMA3 Missions - to download select a branch and pick "Download ZIP".
