Delivery Denied

Add your suggestions on Balancing, Randomization etc.

Noticed a couple of things with this one tonight.

- AH1 had no marker.
- AAR in A3 had no weapons. I think I saw others without weapons too.
- The notification about staying at the truck seemed to go off everytime someone even flew overhead, so it was constantly pinging back and forth. Maybe add a timeout of around 5s to the trigger.

Strange about the lack of guns. Maybe a typo in the gear script. The notification trigger can prob. be fixed by limiting it to a certain z level.

Feel free to update/fix/overhaul the mission (linked in OP).
