How in the heck can you hear audiox and the other guys so clearly? On my setup, I have to strain to hear them - even the audio in my video's been post-processed to raise the volume...

I have no idea... I just used shadowplay with all the default settings to record all the video, seems it captures all the PC audio

Sparks, just lower A3's volumes... my effects are about 10-15%, VON and Mic is 100% and Radio (?) is at 0%.
When you have done that, turn up the volume in your PC or headphones, that will give you an overall boost of volume in TS3. After that you can fine tune it a bit, when you go in TS3, right click a name and there is some volume thing, basically you can make individual clients louder or quieter.

P.S. using a TS3 overlay helps also, but I'm not talking about the shitty Overwolf thing. I am talking about the basic TS3 overlay plugin, which does what it needs to do and doesn't include 100's of useless shit.

You might want to use thumbnails. With imgur, you can add s (as in small) or m(edium) to the filename (so filenames.png) to resize the image.
With steam screenshots, I maded a tool that does this stuff for ya.

I like that. s and m seem too small though (you can't read the map really) but l works nicely. Thanks!

you can also add an "l" for the largest thumbnail. I generally use them here.
My ARMA3 Missions - to download select a branch and pick "Download ZIP".
