A peak of 32 brave comrades marched into battle today. Not many survived, but at least we had fun doing it. And this AAR totally isn't late.

Sur La Mer
With promises of staying alive for the duration of the mission, Charlie was assigned to stop any possible reinforcements from coming in from the south. After some time we realised that Alpha and Bravo had been slaughtered and headed into the town ourselves - only to be Titan'd, instantly and gloriously killing all of Charlie just after we were told "If we get hit, everyone bail".

Power Trip
As CO Vic driver, I didn't really have much of a job besides driving Bravo the few hundred metres to the dismount point south of the compound (role's necessity is questionable). After dropping Alpha off we heard AJAX say something along the lines of him being drunk, so GeEom (CO) decided it would be a splendid idea to get him to take us back to the airport. Unforunately, on the way back we encountered 17 enemy jets, a bus and an entire platoon's worth of infantry; AJAX was unable to cope with the volume of fire and the three of us died in the resulting crash.

The intent was for the APC to join in on the assault. The Panther can take about a million RPG-7s before blowing up, and it's also quite useful when breaching the compound's walls (we ended up using rockets to do the job). Should probably put a note in the briefing about that, though.
