Poll: Another joint session with MARSOC?

Post by fer » Fri Oct 08, 2010 10:42 am

Tigershark has proposed doing another joint session with MARSOC, with a provisional date of Sunday 07 November. Please vote! :v:

Also, please post any comments you have about mission types, scenario concepts, or organisational suggestions. For example, one idea I have is to see if we can involve at least one other group, so that we can edge the playercount closer to 40. Being able to field 2 squads per side would be awesome fun.

Voted for that date. NOTE THAT I CANNOT BE 100% SURE AT THIS CURRENT TIME I CAN ATTEND.

However, I expect I will be able to attend by that point, and that Sunday is as good as any for me! And, by god, I want to get in on this joint-session action!

I suggest respawn. It's not any fun getting shot out at the start of an hour-long game.

Having said that, I survived the entire hour and got to shoot at lots of BLU so I was pretty happy last game :)

Regarding respawn, could it be done such that you spawned in a far (very far) away town with only a pistol and you have to drive for five or ten minutes to get back into the action? This could work as a game mechanic for obtaining reinforcements and would keep the pace up.
