When:
Every Monday and Thursday, from 19:30 GMT/20:30 CET until late.
You can drop in and out of sessions and parts thereof if you need to.

Where:
Communication will be done on the FolkARPS TeamSpeak 3 channel (http://www.folkarps.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=92).
Someone will directly host the game, and others connect to the game via IP. You don't need to do any port forwarding.
Any questions can be PMed to me or posted them in the FolkARPS Skype permachat.

EU3 v5.2 (Divine Wind) + Death&Taxes mod 10.3 (http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/for ... -amp-Taxes)
No official house rules, but if you know something is clearly exploitive then don't use it against other human players.
Remember that even if your nation crumbles you can just continue playing as any other free nation.

There was no session today because of absences, but there will be an additional session this week on Wednesday to make up for that.
If it is more convenient for people, either the Monday or Thursday sessions could be moved to Wednesday.
